SUPAREE is shipping covering North and South America. We employ the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives at your destination safely and securely. We offer as several shipping methods including FedEx, USPS, DHL, UPS, and EMS. your orders will be dispatched within 24-72 hours. Domestic orders are always shipped from our SoCal, USA warehouse for the fastest delivery times but rare exceptions may occur based on stock shortage - because of which we may have to ship from a different warehouse.whichever offers the fastest delivery time. It will take 5-7 working days for delivery normally. Due to challenges posed by the pandemic, our carrier is temporarily experiencing shipping delays, which may delay your delivery. We are always work to get your package to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Note: If you choose to Express internationally, may need to pay tax; depending on your country. Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery. If the package is not delivered on time, please feel free to contact us first. We will resolve any issues together.

- DHL: It will takes about 3-5 Working Days delivery to you.
- UPS: It will takes about 3-7 Working Days delivery to you.
- EMS: It will takes about 10-15 Working Days delivery to you.
- DHL: It will takes about 5-8 Working Days delivery to you.
Note: Some large items will be shipped via UPS sea logistics from HK warehouse if they are out of stock in US warehourse. Such as grills, tube doors, car cover and etc. It will takes 20-45 days for sea logistics delivery. More details, please check the product link or confirm with customer service before ordering.

Orders will be shipped out within 24-72 hours, these are our standard shipping times excluding weekends. If you do place an order on the weekend, we will begin fulfilling orders on the next business day.
But if you have any special demands, please leave us a message and we'll try our best to ship the order according to your needs. After an order is shipped, an automated shipping confirmation e-mail is sent out to you with the tracking information.

If a member has successfully ordered our products, you can visit: My Account > Orders, find the corresponding order number, check order status, check the delivery status of orders in the order state, you can go on the website for the logistics company, input tracking number there and you will be presented with the tracking information.
- We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may exceed normal delivery time.
- Po box may cause delivery failure. Please fill in the physicall address as much as possible when placing an order.
- We do not offer overnight shipping.

All products are carefully packaged for shipment, and damage case seldom happens. If you get damaged product, please take photos and contact us soon, our service will help you. (Digital photos of damaged product is necessary for our damage claims. Proofs must be sent to us within 48 hours after you get it). We will reply to you within 24 hours.
In order to for courier to contact you, please keep the mobile phone free during this period. If you do not receive the package in time, it will be returned to the place of shipment. We will not be responsible for any loss caused by this reason.
