Order Status & Order Problem

To check your order status, please log into your account and track your order status under "My Orders". FedEx/ It will takes about 3-10 Working Days delivery to you. USPS/It will takes about 3-10 Working Days delivery to you. DHL1/ It will takes about 3-5 Working Days delivery to you. UPS1/ It will takes about 3-7 Working Days delivery to you. EMS: It will takes about 10-15 Working Days delivery to you.

Yes, you do. You can browse our products without registering. Once you are ready to place an order, we will prompt ou to login or register with us.
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

Please contact customer service to change or cancel an order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

Normally we don't Customs and taxes vary depending on country and it is buyer’s responsibility to deal with customs & taxes according to their local law. Most countries reward their citizens for taxes they pay and can be returned back after a set period of time. We as seller are not responsible for any tax / customs duty charged by your custom / tax department.

If you do not receive an order confirmation email and/or order details email from us, we recommend that you check your order on the website. You will be able to see the status of your entire order as well as the status of individual items in your order

Returns and backorders.

Please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order. We will make every attempt to cancel the order, but cannot guarantee we will be able to do so before the order ships. If we cannot cancel your order before it ships, the buyer is responsible for shipping the item back subject to our return policy. .

Once your cancellation has been processed we will send you a confirmation email, refunds take place in approximately 5-7 business days. If you have expressed that you wish to reorder once your cancellation is processed we will update you with your new web confirmation shortly.

e hold multiple warehouses across the globe including the USA, Europe & Hong Kong. Domestic orders are always shipped from our So Cal, USA warehouse for the fastest delivery times but rare exceptions may occur based on quality control or stock shortage - because of which we may have to ship from a different warehouse. International orders are shipped from any of our warehouses, whichever offers the fastest delivery time.

f you need to return any Suparee items, please contact us first and return the products within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund of the purchase price (shipping fee should be borned by customers). The number of return logistics and order confirmation are needed to accelerate the process. The return item must be unused and in its original packaging, missing of items may not result in a full refund. A 20% of purchase price will be charged as a restocking fee. No return will be accepted after 30 days have passed.

Our lights are with one year warranty. Our customer service will help you to process the replacement. They will be sent to you after all are confirmed. We will help you to arrange the replacement and send it to you. If you don't want the replacement anymore within 14 workdays after delivery, please contact us to run the refund process. Please note that the parcel can not be returned over 14 workdays after delivery. For more details, please check the return policy

About product quality

Use overlay text to give your customers Please set the broken light to the other side of the vehicle. It will ensure that the correct replacement part is shipped. If it works after doing so, we will send you a new adapter. Or, if you have a plug, test the plug with an electrical pin. Check and make sure there is power coming through. If not, this will be a problem with the adapter. Please check first and contact us to arrange for a replacement to be shipped. If it still does not work Please take a video of the product in question and contact us via email---support@suparee.com

A vehicle’s turn signal flasher will be located in the fuse box under your steering column, or sometimes in the fuse box of your engine bay. To find it, simply engage your turn signals, then search for a small module that’s making a “clicking” noise. Once you locate the origin of the clicking noise, that will be your stock flasher! (Keep in mind that most newer vehicles have an integrated flasher that cannot be removed.) If the clicking is coming from a module that cannot be taken out, you will need to install load resistors to resolve hyper-flashing instead

You may connect the light wire to the battery. Please connect the wire to the power source of the car. When you turn off the power of the car, then the light will go out.

Please check if the line is correctly connected, and then swap the two lights to see if this situation still exists. If yes, please let us know to send you a new replacement.

The blue and white wires are respectively connected to turning signal wires of the original car on both sides

I believe so, yes.

It only comes on when the brake is applied. This wires in line with the 3rd brake light that is mounted above the tire.
