Thanks you for shopping at SUPAREE. We facilitate our customers with 30 DAYS Return or Replacement Limited Warranty. It enables you to purchase items with a carefree attitude and have an amazing experience at SUPAREE.
Replacement & Return Policy:
- Purchase (except clearance sale) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from delivery date.
- It is a mandatory part of the process to send pictures or videos of the damaged/broken item. It will be greatly helpful if you send clear pictures of the defect.
- If the item is not faulty and you simply want to change it because of the size/color or disliking to the item, it can be returned once. The customer is accountable to pay the return shipping, handling as well as the restocking charges in any case.
- PLEASE NOTE: We have mentioned all items details in each product link, please check this before placing the order and to avoid any unhappiness thereafter.
- Our QC system is very reliable, but unforeseen incidents might happen. In the case of wrong color or model, immediately contact the customer support, also provide us with the pictures of the item to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
- We strongly recommend that you follow the process in our return management system as all details, return address and instructions will be available within the return management system.
- In the case of used, installed, damaged or any other modification from the original condition of the item, we cannot guarantee swift results. The return policy strictly states these conditions as part of the item return policy. Any item without original condition along with packaging will not be accepted.
- Use cheapest and tracked shipping method in your country. In the case of an item being withheld at customs, we are not liable to pay for the tax/import duties of the item.
- For the return policy, you have to mention on the package as “Returned Product 0$ Value.”
- For any cancellation of the item, you have to contact us within 12 hours of placement of order. Items once shipped cannot be canceled.
- Returned items in used open box condition are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We may require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

- A Refund can only be issued if the item is returned with original packing and accessories or instruction etc should also be included, and undamaged condition. A tracking no must be provided to be eligible for refunds.
- Refund is re-imbursed depending on the initial payment method customer choose when making the order. Paypal refund are made within same day of receiving the item back at our provided return addresses which may vary depending on the location of customer to avoid high shipping charges. Credit Card Refunds takes around 3-10 days generally as this is usual bank time for refunds.
- A restocking fee will be deducted for every return / exchange / replacement according to the condition of returned goods if it has affected our secondary sale.
