Shipping Damage:
All products are carefully packaged for shipment, and damage case seldom happens. If you get damaged product, please take photos and contact us soon, our service will help you. (Digital photos of damaged product is necessary for our damage claims. Proofs must be sent to us within 48 hours after you get it). We will reply to you within 24 hours.
Package Returned:
In order to for courier to contact you, please keep the mobile phone free during this period. If you do not receive the package in time, it will be returned to the place of shipment. We will not be responsible for any loss caused by this reason.
Return & Refund
30-day Ruturn Policy
Regarding customers service as the highest standard, Suparee offers a 30-day return service on all our products.
If you need to return any Suparee items, please contact us first and return the products within 30 days from receiving your product for a refund (The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. There are no exclusions to this policy.)
The number of return logistics and order confirmation are needed to accelerate the process.
The return item must be unused and in its original packaging, missing of items may not result in a full refund.
A 20% or more of purchase price will be charged as a restocking fee. No return will be accepted after 30 days have passed.
Refund will be generally issued within 3 business days after we received all returned items. Please contact us if you still have not received the refund.(Shipping charges are non-refundable if the product has already shipped）
Warranty and Defective Replacement:
Suparee provides a 12-month warranty for all our products. The warranty starts from the initial purchase date and ends one year after.
Defective products, malfunctioning products and items which were damaged during shipping are under our Suparee Warranty. If you encounter any of the problems above, please contact us so we can solve your issue ASAP.

Love how they turned out. Easy to install..
These lights work amazing and look great on my jeep! 100% sure will probably buy again someday for another vehicle or so. It was also easy to install and the remote control is amazing for it.
Just got these today they are nice love the design hooked them to the battery in the jeep seem to work great will be installing them next week can't wait to see them.
This was my first time installing anything electrical on my own. That being said the instructions were extremely poor and really no help. Thanks toYouTube and google I figured it out. Once I figured out how to actually get the to work and change color to music I started the install. So far the adhesive stickers are holding, I did clean the areas with alcohol before application. This probably took me a lot longer than most but I’m proud of my accomplishment. They look really great and very bright. Very happy with my purchase.
Great lights, easy install. Initially I bought one set but was not as bright as I wanted it, doubled up and love them.
