Shipping Damage:
All products are carefully packaged for shipment, and damage case seldom happens. If you get damaged product, please take photos and contact us soon, our service will help you. (Digital photos of damaged product is necessary for our damage claims. Proofs must be sent to us within 48 hours after you get it). We will reply to you within 24 hours.
Package Returned:
In order to for courier to contact you, please keep the mobile phone free during this period. If you do not receive the package in time, it will be returned to the place of shipment. We will not be responsible for any loss caused by this reason.
Return & Refund
30-day Ruturn Policy
Regarding customers service as the highest standard, Suparee offers a 30-day return service on all our products.
If you need to return any Suparee items, please contact us first and return the products within 30 days from receiving your product for a refund (The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. There are no exclusions to this policy.)
The number of return logistics and order confirmation are needed to accelerate the process.
The return item must be unused and in its original packaging, missing of items may not result in a full refund.
A 20% or more of purchase price will be charged as a restocking fee. No return will be accepted after 30 days have passed.
Refund will be generally issued within 3 business days after we received all returned items. Please contact us if you still have not received the refund.(Shipping charges are non-refundable if the product has already shipped）
Warranty and Defective Replacement:
Suparee provides a 12-month warranty for all our products. The warranty starts from the initial purchase date and ends one year after.
Defective products, malfunctioning products and items which were damaged during shipping are under our Suparee Warranty. If you encounter any of the problems above, please contact us so we can solve your issue ASAP.

After confirmation, we may request you return the defective part to us, in this case, Suparee will pay for the return shipping labels. Please note that the customer is responsible for all replacement shipping costs.

The install was tough. Once I figured out to move my front seat forward to have more access; I was able to get it installed.
Once installed there material is very nice (and thick) and the pockets are useful for small items. I took pictures with a couple of items to show where they were. The pockets are super handy.
2021 JL. I have tried 2 different ones. I cannot get it to remotely fit, way to short by like 3”
Got this for my 80th Anniversary Wrangler Unlimited. The cover appears to be made of decent quality and durable material. It was a little challenging for me to install at first. Once I figured out the alignment and was able to hook the rear part it seated perfectly. Just make sure the four corners are wrapped underneath the lid and the back strap is tucked which you'll have to move the console lid up and down to find that sweet spot. Once seated the cover doesn't feel like it will pop out and the side mesh pockets are handy for small items like a phone and wallet, etc. Love the simple 1941 logo, continuing the long and strong
