Shipping Time

30-day Ruturn Policy
Regarding customers service as the highest standard, Suparee offers a 30-day return service on all our products.
If you need to return any Suparee items, please contact us first and return the products within 30 days from receiving your product for a refund (The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. There are no exclusions to this policy.)
The number of return logistics and order confirmation are needed to accelerate the process.
The return item must be unused and in its original packaging, missing of items may not result in a full refund.
A 20% or more of purchase price will be charged as a restocking fee. No return will be accepted after 30 days have passed.
Refund will be generally issued within 3 business days after we received all returned items. Please contact us if you still have not received the refund.(Shipping charges are non-refundable if the product has already shipped）
Warranty and Defective Replacement:
We are proud to offer a 5-year limited warranty on the Helm series.
Defective products, malfunctioning products and items which were damaged during shipping are under our Suparee Warranty. If you encounter any of the problems above, please contact us so we can solve your issue ASAP.
Please explain the defective products by pictures and videos.
After confirmation, we may request you return the defective part to us, in this case, Suparee will pay for the return shipping labels. Please note that the customer is responsible for all replacement shipping costs.

In short, Helm can cover over 80% of your forward lighting needs. Its low beam can illuminate everything within several yards, while the high beam provides sufficient shooting distance. Whether in forests or deserts, a pair of Helm lights can greatly enhance your sense of security. Helm's spot beam uses two sizes of LEDs: the top and bottom LEDs provide the furthest hot spot, while the left and right LEDs provide a spod beam and add some spillage to help you see your surroundings. Most importantly, you only need to spend the time installing one pair of lights to achieve an effect similar to a light bar plus a pair of ditch lights (of course, the total output is not comparable, but the effect is not far off). This allows you to maintain a clean engine bay while obtaining a large amount of light output, saving you time.

We designed detachable bezels for Helm, allowing you to remove them for painting (gunmetal by default) without affecting waterproofing. You can do any color, body color, gradient, electroplating, polishing... whatever you want! If you prefer a simpler experience, our website also offers a variety of colors!

We provide standard amber and black covers for Helm, so no additional purchase is needed. The switch will be completed within the time it takes to read this sentence!

When you order the Helm 7 standard kit, you get a pair of Helm 7 pods, a pair of amber covers to get amber lights, and a pair of black covers to prevent you from being stopped by traffic police (don't add black covers when the lights are on to avoid melting). In addition, you also get a cable set with a switch and all the installation hardware, plug and play, no additional accessories required.
