Shipping Time

30-day Ruturn Policy
Regarding customers service as the highest standard, Suparee offers a 30-day return service on all our products.
If you need to return any Suparee items, please contact us first and return the products within 30 days from receiving your product for a refund (The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. There are no exclusions to this policy.)
The number of return logistics and order confirmation are needed to accelerate the process.
The return item must be unused and in its original packaging, missing of items may not result in a full refund.
A 20% or more of purchase price will be charged as a restocking fee. No return will be accepted after 30 days have passed.
Refund will be generally issued within 3 business days after we received all returned items. Please contact us if you still have not received the refund.(Shipping charges are non-refundable if the product has already shipped）
Warranty and Defective Replacement:
Suparee provides a 5 years warranty for hyper series. The warranty starts from the initial purchase date and ends one year after.
Defective products, malfunctioning products and items which were damaged during shipping are under our Suparee Warranty. If you encounter any of the problems above, please contact us so we can solve your issue ASAP.
Please explain the defective products by pictures and videos.
After confirmation, we may request you return the defective part to us, in this case, Suparee will pay for the return shipping labels. Please note that the customer is responsible for all replacement shipping costs.
Suparee will not be responsible for any artificial damage.

We are proud to offer the industry's leading warranty period, and we spend a lot of time (and a lot of money!) researching similar products to ensure that we provide customers with sufficiently thoughtful and proven products, which saves you a lot of time wasted trying various pods. And we chose the same OEM as some big brands, which means we share a high-quality, mature production system to ensure the quality of our products.

After extensive research on similar products and thousands of miles of testing, we designed a diffused circular beam pattern for Hyper, which ensures that you can see enough distance when driving at high speed, but not too concentrated to cause glare from the leaves on the trail or ignore the potholes when crossing the desert. This is the perfect balance we found. We chose 6 high-performance lamp beads to provide impressive side light, giving you confidence in the dark.
Of course, we must admit that there is no perfect product in the world, and the illumination distance of Hyper will not be as far as other products (although it is already as far as three football fields). Due to the physical limitations of heat dissipation, the total power of most pods on the market is actually similar. This is more about trade-offs and strategies, as well as the understanding of pod applications.

When you order the Hyper 5 standard kit, you get a pair of Hyper 5 pods, a pair of amber covers to get amber lights, and a pair of black covers to prevent you from being stopped by traffic police (don't add black covers when the lights are on to avoid melting). In addition, you also get a cable set with a switch and all the installation hardware, plug and play, no additional accessories required.
We shopped around quite a bit before we decided to pick these up and I'm glad we did! The DRL halo lights are super cool and get a lot of attention from other 4Runner owners. The off road lights are super bright and make it so much easier to navigate darker areas. They are heavy and seem to be built very well. Thanks for making a great product!
