Car Headlights FAQs: Illuminate Your Understanding

Q:The LED is not turning on.

A:Our LED bulbs (such as T10, T20, etc.) sold by our company have polarity (+, -). There is a possibility that the polarity may be reversed upon installation, so it may be necessary to insert them in the opposite direction. Additionally, depending on the vehicle, there may be instances where the terminal parts do not make proper contact. In such cases, spreading out the terminal parts outward may result in normal lighting.

Q:Can LED bulbs be installed on OEM LED fog lights?

A:We offer glass lens units for select vehicles. By replacing the lens unit, it becomes possible to replace the bulb. However, we kindly ask you to confirm if your vehicle is compatible.

Q:Is it abnormal for the rear part of LED headlights to become quite hot?

A:Our LED headlight units, which we sell, are equipped with fins for heat dissipation generated during operation. Due to the heat dissipation from these fins, it is normal for the rear part to become hot.

If the above information does not resolve your concern, please contact us through the inquiry form. Thank you.

Q:Inside the lens unit, water droplets have appeared / fogged up?

A:Fog lamps can fog up the lens under usage conditions such as driving in rainy weather or washing the car. This is due to the difference in temperature between the inside of the lamp and the outside air, and is the same phenomenon as when the window glass fogs up during rainy weather, so there is no problem with the function. If the fogging does not clear up, remove the bulb and dry the inside.

Also, the products we sell are only generic products, so there is a possibility that water droplets may occur inside the lens unit due to the shape of the lens unit on the vehicle side, etc., and the poor adhesion of the gasket part attached to the bulb. In such a case, check the adhesion of the gasket part attached to the bulb again, apply a sealant such as caulking agent to the joint part, and perform waterproofing treatment.

Q:My Fuse Keeps Blowing (LED) - Less than 10A?

A:Depending on the amperage (A) of the original fuse, there may be a risk of the fuse blowing. If the fuse is less than 10A, please replace it with a 10A fuse.

Q: What direction should the LED chips face?

A:When installing the LED bulb, you can install it as it is when it arrives, and you do not need to adjust the angle of the LED chip in principle. If the distribution of light is disturbed, please refer to "Angle adjustment" and adjust the angle.

For H1/H3/H3C/H7 The angle can be adjusted smoothly. Please adjust the angle as you like to match the cut line of the lens.

Q: High beam indicator does not light up (LED)?

A:If the high beam indicator does not light up, please arrange the optional high beam indicator non-lighting prevention unit separately and connect it between the vehicle and the LED bulb.

  • Basically, one piece can be used, but two pieces may be required depending on the vehicle.

Q: My Fuse Keeps Blowing (LED) - Less than 15A?

A:Depending on the amperage (A) of the original fuse, there may be a risk of the fuse blowing. If the fuse is less than 15A, please replace it with a 15A fuse.

Q:One Side is Not Lighting Up (LED)?
