30-day Ruturn Policy
Regarding customers service as the highest standard, Suparee offers a 30-day return service on all our products.
If you need to return any Suparee items, please contact us first and return the products within 30 days from receiving your product for a refund (The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. There are no exclusions to this policy.)
The number of return logistics and order confirmation are needed to accelerate the process.
The return item must be unused and in its original packaging, missing of items may not result in a full refund.
A 20% or more of purchase price will be charged as a restocking fee. No return will be accepted after 30 days have passed.
Refund will be generally issued within 3 business days after we received all returned items. Please contact us if you still have not received the refund.(Shipping charges are non-refundable if the product has already shipped）
Warranty and Defective Replacement:
Suparee provides a 5 years warranty for hyper series. The warranty starts from the initial purchase date and ends one year after.
Defective products, malfunctioning products and items which were damaged during shipping are under our Suparee Warranty. If you encounter any of the problems above, please contact us so we can solve your issue ASAP.
Please explain the defective products by pictures and videos.
After confirmation, we may request you return the defective part to us, in this case, Suparee will pay for the return shipping labels. Please note that the customer is responsible for all replacement shipping costs.

What comes in the box?
The 2-pod HYPER 5 kit includes 2 lights, a wiring harness, adjustable stainless brackets, mounting hardware, 2 black covers, 2 amber covers and a user manual.
Does HYPER 5 fit my vehicle?
HYPER 5 uses a universal adjustable bracket. Confirm mounting clearance, bolt location, wiring path and local road-use regulations before ordering or installation. Vehicle-specific mounts may be required and are sold separately unless stated in the selected option.
Is HYPER 5 waterproof?
The housing is rated IP68/IP69K for dust, water immersion and high-pressure washdown. Ensure connectors are fully seated and sealed during installation.
What do the included covers do?
The amber covers create a warmer approximately 3700K appearance and change the main spot beam to a hybrid pattern. The black covers are for protection when the lights are not operating.
Can I drive with the black cover installed?
No. Do not operate the light with the black cover installed. High heat can melt the cover and damage the light.
What support is included?
HYPER 5 is covered by a 5-year limited manufacturer warranty. Eligible returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery under the store’s return policy; conditions and return-shipping costs may apply.
