1. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return service on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines below:

Return Window: Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all original components. Missing items or damaged packaging may result in a partial refund.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee (based on the purchase price) will be applied to all returns.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.

Process: To expedite your refund, please contact us for authorization before shipping. A tracking number and order confirmation are required to process the return.

Refund Timeline: Once the returned items are received and inspected, refunds are typically issued within 3 business days.
2. Warranty & Defective Replacement
We stand behind the durability of our products with a tiered warranty system:

5-Year Premium Warranty: Applicable to the Hyper, Recon, and Helm series.

12-Month Standard Warranty: Applicable to most other products, starting from the date of purchase.

Specific Listings: If a product listing specifies a different warranty period, that listing shall prevail.
What is Covered?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, functional malfunctions, and items damaged during transit. Please note: Suparee is not responsible for any artificial damage, misuse, or improper installation.
Claim Process:

Evidence: Provide clear photos and videos explaining the defect to help us expedite the confirmation.

Within 3 Months: After confirmation, a replacement will be shipped to you free of charge (including shipping).

Over 3 Months: After the first 3 months, the replacement part/item is still free, but the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.

Exchanges: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs in the event of a standard item exchange.
