Installation Steps:
- In order to make the headlight work, and to achieve the headlight high/low beam switch, please connect H4 connect to the car, you may need a converter to match if your car plug is h13 ( The package comes with an h13 to h4 converter).
- The red wire is connected to the car ACC and the black wire is connected to GNC.
- If Blueline 1 is connected to the left headlight, please connect Blueline 2 to the left turn signal line of the car. If White line 1 is connected to the left headlight, please connect White line 2 to the left turn signal line of the car.
APP Tips：
- Please don’t select any mode in “Setting”>” RGB Scheduling”, If you select one of the modes, it will cause the issue that the light becomes red once you choose a green color or become green once you choose red.
- In order to solve this issue, we suggest you select “GRB” in the “RGB Scheduling” and set the Pixel as 36, which will help the halo light work the way around（If the Pixel is <36, it will cause the issue that the halo just work on a small piece like the figure above）
- Please follow the steps to fix the issue mentioned above : Step1: Slide the RGB Scheduling and choose “GRB”, Click the Pixel as the figure shows: Step2: Enter number “36” and click “Confirm”.

Return & Refund
30-day Ruturn Policy
Regarding customers service as the highest standard, Suparee offers a 30-day return service on all our products.
If you need to return any Suparee items, please contact us first and return the products within 30 days from receiving your product for a refund (The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. There are no exclusions to this policy.)
The number of return logistics and order confirmation are needed to accelerate the process.
The return item must be unused and in its original packaging, missing of items may not result in a full refund.
A 20% or more of purchase price will be charged as a restocking fee. No return will be accepted after 30 days have passed.
Refund will be generally issued within 3 business days after we received all returned items. Please contact us if you still have not received the refund.(Shipping charges are non-refundable if the product has already shipped）
Warranty and Defective Replacement:
Suparee provides a 12-month warranty for all our products. The warranty starts from the initial purchase date and ends one year after.
Defective products, malfunctioning products and items which were damaged during shipping are under our Suparee Warranty. If you encounter any of the problems above, please contact us so we can solve your issue ASAP.
Please explain the defective products by pictures and videos.
After confirmation, we may request you return the defective part to us, in this case, Suparee will pay for the return shipping labels. Please note that the customer is responsible for all replacement shipping costs.

A: Yes, you do. You can browse our products without registering. Once you are ready to place an order, we will prompt you to login or register with us.

Q: How installment payment is charged and worked?

A: We only use safe and reputable delivery companies like DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, Postal Mail etc.
Q: What’s the delivery time? And how do i track my order status?
A: Our normal delivery time is 7-15 business days of preparing the orders and 2-5 days for express shipping.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping email with the tracking number for your package.
