Shipping Time
Orders will be shipped out within 24-72 hours, these are our standard shipping times excluding weekends. If you do place an order on the weekend, we will begin fulfilling orders on the next business day.
But if you have any special demands, please leave us a message and we'll try our best to ship the order according to your needs. After an order is shipped, an automated shipping confirmation e-mail is sent out to you with the tracking information.

30-day Ruturn Policy
Regarding customers service as the highest standard, Suparee offers a 30-day return service on all our products.
If you need to return any Suparee items, please contact us first and return the products within 30 days from receiving your product for a refund (The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. There are no exclusions to this policy.)
The number of return logistics and order confirmation are needed to accelerate the process.
The return item must be unused and in its original packaging, missing of items may not result in a full refund.
A 20% or more of purchase price will be charged as a restocking fee. No return will be accepted after 30 days have passed.
Refund will be generally issued within 3 business days after we received all returned items. Please contact us if you still have not received the refund.(Shipping charges are non-refundable if the product has already shipped）
Warranty and Defective Replacement:
Suparee provides a 12-month warranty for most products. The warranty starts from the initial purchase date and ends one year after.
Defective products, malfunctioning products and items which were damaged during shipping are under our Suparee Warranty. If you encounter any of the problems above, please contact us so we can solve your issue ASAP.

After confirmation, we may request you return the defective part to us, in this case, Suparee will pay for the return shipping labels. Please note that the customer is responsible for all replacement shipping costs.

Recently purchased a cover for my JKU. Took a minute for delivery but processing was pretty quick. Seems to be a decent cover, fits nicely. Only thing I've found so far is how the retention straps clip. Would probably work great for a rig without rub rails. I can't find anything that they will clip to so I have to tie to the rails which kinda sucks but works.
The cover fits perfectly and keeps my Jeep dry.
It is a great cover once you get used to it. it took me a bit to figure out the best way to secure it. the back end passenger side there really is no where to secure it to the passenger rear end. It doesn't bother me thought since my back area dries out easily if some does get in.
I think this cover would be good as an emergency cover in case your out without your top and cant make it back before it starts raining. Its fairly thin but does seem like it would protect your Jeep.
