Shipping Time
Orders will be shipped out within 24-72 hours, these are our standard shipping times excluding weekends. If you do place an order on the weekend, we will begin fulfilling orders on the next business day.
But if you have any special demands, please leave us a message and we'll try our best to ship the order according to your needs. After an order is shipped, an automated shipping confirmation e-mail is sent out to you with the tracking information.

We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may exceed normal delivery time.

30-day Ruturn Policy
Regarding customers service as the highest standard, Suparee offers a 30-day return service on all our products.
If you need to return any Suparee items, please contact us first and return the products within 30 days from receiving your product for a refund (The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. There are no exclusions to this policy.)
The number of return logistics and order confirmation are needed to accelerate the process.
The return item must be unused and in its original packaging, missing of items may not result in a full refund.
A 20% or more of purchase price will be charged as a restocking fee. No return will be accepted after 30 days have passed.
Refund will be generally issued within 3 business days after we received all returned items. Please contact us if you still have not received the refund.(Shipping charges are non-refundable if the product has already shipped）
Warranty and Defective Replacement:
Suparee provides a 12-month warranty for most products. The warranty starts from the initial purchase date and ends one year after.
Defective products, malfunctioning products and items which were damaged during shipping are under our Suparee Warranty. If you encounter any of the problems above, please contact us so we can solve your issue ASAP.
Please explain the defective products by pictures and videos.
After confirmation, we may request you return the defective part to us, in this case, Suparee will pay for the return shipping labels. Please note that the customer is responsible for all replacement shipping costs.

A: We only use safe and reputable delivery companies like DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, Postal Mail etc.

A: Our normal delivery time is 7-15 business days of preparing the orders and 2-5 days for express shipping.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping email with the tracking number for your package.

Installation:
- Install the support rod, extension rod and phone holder.
- Take off the screw of the orginal car dashboard.
- Stick the doube-said tape on the bottome of tray and put it into the box.
- Fix the longer screw into the storage tray.
- Put the rubber mat into the tray and adjust the phone mount to the right angle.

Good product worked well
Love this product and how simple yet effective it is. Positions the phone exactly where you would want it to be.
I installed this right before a road trip, it was easy and took maybe 5 minutes. Works quite well, it puts the phone in a much better position. Previous phone holders were above my tray (most secure I could find) but hard to use for WAZE or reading texts at stoplights. This mount puts the phone exactly where I want it.
I ordered this phone holder for my 2012 Jeep Wrangler. It comes with a tray that sets into the original dash tray, after removing the original rubber tray insert. The arm that the phone holder attaches to is a nice heavy metal. It does come with an extention arm but I have not tried that. I love this phone holder! It turns sideways and swivels around for perfect placement of your phone. I haven't noticed any vibration or shaking on rough spots. Absolutely love this thing!
