Domestic orders are always shipped from our SoCal, USA warehouse for the fastest delivery times but rare exceptions may occur based on stock shortage - because of which we may have to ship from a different warehouse.whichever offers the fastest delivery time. It will take 5-7 working days for delivery normally. Due to challenges posed by the pandemic, our carrier is temporarily experiencing shipping delays, which may delay your delivery. Shipping Time
Orders will be shipped out within 24-72 hours, these are our standard shipping times excluding weekends. If you do place an order on the weekend, we will begin fulfilling orders on the next business day.
But if you have any special demands, please leave us a message and we'll try our best to ship the order according to your needs. After an order is shipped, an automated shipping confirmation e-mail is sent out to you with the tracking information.

Shipping Tracking

If a member has successfully ordered our goods, you can visit: My Account > Orders, find the corresponding order number, check order status, check the delivery status of orders in the order state, you can go on the website for the logistics company, input tracking number there and you will be presented with the tracking information.

We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may exceed normal delivery time.

Expedited shipping is not offered to P.O. Box shipping addresses.

We do not offer overnight shipping.

Return & Refund

30-day Ruturn Policy

Regarding customers service as the highest standard, Suparee offers a 30-day return service on all our products.

If you need to return any Suparee items, please contact us first and return the products within 30 days from receiving your product for a refund (The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. There are no exclusions to this policy.)

The number of return logistics and order confirmation are needed to accelerate the process.

The return item must be unused and in its original packaging, missing of items may not result in a full refund.

A 20% or more of purchase price will be charged as a restocking fee. No return will be accepted after 30 days have passed.

Refund will be generally issued within 3 business days after we received all returned items. Please contact us if you still have not received the refund.(Shipping charges are non-refundable if the product has already shipped)

Warranty and Defective Replacement:

Suparee provides a 12-month warranty for all our products. The warranty starts from the initial purchase date and ends one year after.

Defective products, malfunctioning products and items which were damaged during shipping are under our Suparee Warranty. If you encounter any of the problems above, please contact us so we can solve your issue ASAP.

Please explain the defective products by pictures and videos.

After confirmation, we may request you return the defective part to us, in this case, Suparee will pay for the return shipping labels. Please note that the customer is responsible for all replacement shipping costs.

Suparee will not be responsible for any artificial damage.

Q: Do i need to register before placing an order?

A: Yes, you do. You can browse our products without registering. Once you are ready to place an order, we will prompt you to login or register with us.

Q: Where can I buy products from SUPAREE?

A: SUPAREE products are available on Amazon and online store here, also Facebook later, we still not have any dealers or distributors yet. We sell our products directly at the “end-user” level to offer low price with high quality.

Q: How do you secure my payment information?

A: We don’t process any of your payment information. All payment related matters on SUPAREE are handles by PayPal or Bank.

Q: How installment payment is charged and worked?

A: If you need to pay in installments, just select Klarna when choosing the payment method on the checkout page.

  • Klarna charges no interest with Pay Later in 4 and no fees unless you fail to make a payment
  • The first payment is charged when we confirms your order
  • The next 3 payments are automatically made every 2 weeks after your Initial Payment 

Q: What delivery companies do you use?

A: We only use safe and reputable delivery companies like DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, Postal Mail etc.

Q: What’s the delivery time? And how do i track my order status?

A: Our normal delivery time is 7-15 business days of preparing the orders and 2-5 days for express shipping.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping email with the tracking number for your package.

Q: Who is responsible for customs / tax?

A: Customs and taxes vary depending on country and it is buyer’s responsibility to deal with customs & taxes according to their local law. Most countries reward their citizens for taxes they pay and can be returned back after a set period of time. We as seller are not responsible for any tax / customs duty charged by your custom / tax department.

Q: Is there any additional fee or taxes?

A: We usually declare lower value and FREE GIFTS on our parcels. For most of countries, our customers don’t need to pay for importing fee. However, for some limited countries (such as Germany, Italy, UK, Brazil ect), please inform us if you want us to write the actual value of your order.

Q: What light do I need for my bike or Jeep?

A: Yes, most of SUPAREE lights are designed to provide a true plug & play installation on JK Jeeps, most installations can be finished in few hours.
