  • Questions & Answers

  • Q1:Why does the lamp light up by itself in the middle of the night or at any time?

    A1:You may connect the light wire to the battery. Please connect the wire to the power source of the car. When you turn off the power of the car, then the light will go out.

  • Q2: Why doesn't the halo ring or headlight of one lamp light up?

    A2: Please check if the wire is in bad contact, and then swap the two lights to see if the bad one can be lit on the other side. If it can be lit, then it is the wire problem rather than the light problem, on the contrary it is the light problem. Please feel free to let us know and send you a new one replacement.

  • Q3: How to connect the white and blue wires?

    A3: The blue and white wires are respectively connected to turning signal wires of the original car on both sides.

  • Q4:Why is only half of the halo ring in one of the lamps bright?

    A4:Please check if the line is correctly connected, and then swap the two lights to see if this situation still exists. If yes, please let us know to send you a new replacement.

  • Q5:Why the halo ring can only light up one of the lamp beads?

    A5: Pixel should be set above 36.

Shipping Damage:

All products are carefully packaged for shipment, and damage case seldom happens. If you get damaged product, please take photos and contact us soon, our service will help you. (Digital photos of damaged product is necessary for our damage claims. Proofs must be sent to us within 48 hours after you get it). We will reply to you within 24 hours.

Package Returned:

In order to for courier to contact you, please keep the mobile phone free during this period. If you do not receive the package in time, it will be returned to the place of shipment. We will not be responsible for any loss caused by this reason.

Return & Refund

Return Policy

30-day Ruturn Policy

Regarding customers service as the highest standard, Suparee offers a 30-day return service on all our products.

 


 

If you need to return any Suparee items, please contact us first and return the products within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund of the purchase price (shipping fee should be borned by customers).

The number of return logistics and order confirmation are needed to accelerate the process.

The return item must be unused and in its original packaging, missing of items may not result in a full refund.

A 20% of purchase price will be charged as a restocking fee. No return will be accepted after 30 days have passed.

Refund will be generally issued within 3 business days after we received all returned items. Please contact us if you still have not received the refund.

 


 

Warranty and Defective Returns:

Suparee provides a 12-month warranty for all our products. The warranty starts from the initial purchase date and ends one year after.

Defective products, malfunctioning products and items which were damaged during shipping are under our Suparee Warranty. If you encounter any of the problems above, please contact us so we can solve your issue ASAP.

Please explain the defective products by pictures and videos.

After confirmation, we may request you return the defective part to us, in this case, Suparee will pay for the return shipping labels. Please note that customers need to pay the shipping fee for the replacement over 3 months.

Suparee will not be responsible for any artificial damage.
