If you need to file for a return, please abide by the following instructions:
In case a defective, damaged and missing parts in your parcel is discovered, please contact us within 7 days after receiving your item. Otherwise, we will not be liable.
In case a defect is discovered within the warranty period, we can replace the defective product, but the customer is liable for shipping costs.
In case of replacing or return, after 7 days of receiving your item, the shipping cost will pay by the customer.
We will pay the return shipping only if the items are defective and within 7 days of receiving your item.
Please provide a detailed explanation of the defect, aided by images and/or a short video clip to ease the process.
For replacements, we need the defected product returned to our warehouse before we can ship out a fresh replacement. We will respond as soon as we receive the return and verify the malfunction.
An individual component or discrete LED cannot be returned if the housing has been opened.

Items to be returned should be packaged as they were originally received, also make sure that any other accessories or instruction etc should also be included.
It takes generally 7-15 days depending on your bank to receive the money after you return an item, please contact us if you still not received the refund after 15 days of your claim.
